Shipping

Heart In Diamond provides the clients with free shipping regardless of the location. All orders are delivered within 7-10 days after the full completion of the production period. However, delivery time may vary depending on the destination or any extra services that require additional time. Our representative will provide you with an estimated delivery time.

We will be happy to hand deliver your memorial diamond to you in case a Heart In Diamond representative is available in your area.

Otherwise, we will ship the order via FedEx Express with direct signature service applied to all deliveries. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

For our clients outside of the US: please note that you are fully responsible for paying any local duties, taxes, and custom fees involved in the delivery process of your diamond. Please contact us if you need more information on the paperwork required from us to support your customs form.

Payment Options

We offer several payment options for our clients:

  • payment via credit or debit card
  • payment via check or wire transfer
  • payment via online link

All payments to be made to NAD SERVICES LLC (Heart In Diamond).

Order Cancellation

Heart In Diamond provides all the clients with a rescission period of 7 (seven) business days from the date of the client’s signing the Purchase Order Form: during this period, the order may be cancelled and full refund of the prepayment will be issued by the Company.

The Client understands that the request for the order cancellation must be placed in writing and will be acknowledged by the Company solely in writing. The full refund will be issued only after the prepayment amount has been cleared. After the rescission period has expired and the Purchase Order Form has been accepted by the Company, the prepaid amount can not be refunded to the Client, unless the Company is unable to fulfill the terms of the Purchase Order Form.

Return policy

Our customers are our top priority at Heart In Diamond and we endeavour to do everything we can to deliver you the diamond of your dreams. We offer a cooling off period and cancellation policy. Please talk to a Heart In Diamond representative to learn more about it.

REFUND POLICY

The Company provides a rescission period of 7 (seven) business days from the date of signing of the Purchase Order Form and Terms and Conditions, within which time the Purchase Order Form may be cancelled and full refund of the prepayment will be issued by the Company.
