HOW TO ORDER

Personal diamond means personal touch

Our local Heart In Diamond representative will provide you with the detailed information on the product and will help you to place your order. You can set up an appointment with our local representative* or order a Heart In Diamond collection kit.

The steps to ordering your diamond are:

1. SELECT YOUR DIAMOND

Visit our Create Your Own Diamond page to explore available options around color, cut and carat size. See also our Tips on Choosing your Color page. Should you wish for your stone to be set, then peruse our Jewelry Settings page and once you have identified a preferred setting make a note of the Product ID. You will quote this Product ID to your personal Heart in Diamond representative.

2. HOW TO ORDER YOUR DIAMOND

Complete the Heart in Diamond online Enquiry form and your personal Heart in Diamond representative will contact you to answer any questions you may have around production and supply of your Diamond. They will then email you an official order form for completion and submission, as well as send you a Personal Collection Kit.

3. SENDING US THE SAMPLES

Having received your collection kit, place your diamond material into the included zip-lock carbon collection bag.

For hair samples, please place ½ cup volume or about 0.07 oz. of hair into the collection bag.

For ashes we require ⅔ cup volume or about 3.52 oz. of cremated ashes, equivalent to 3-6 heaped tablespoons.

Securely wrap the zip-lock carbon collection bag, and mail the bag via registered mail or courier.

4. CHECKING THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER

As soon as we receive your signed Purchasing Order Form, you will be issued with a unique Heart In Diamond ID number which you can use to track the status of your order through our Order Tracking page.

5. DELIVERY

Your personal diamond will be delivered to you by a Heart In Diamond representative* or by an authorized courier. Please note: the Heart In Diamond Mini option will only be delivered by courier.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

As soon as we receive your sample, you will be issued with a Heart in Diamond ID number which you can use to track the status of your order through this website’s Order Tracking facility.

AUTHENTICITY CHECK

The process of creation of each Heart In Diamond employs only patented technology and goes through a number of strictly controlled stages. This allows us to identify each diamond created in our lab and ensures the uniqueness of each personal diamond. Only Heart In Diamonds approved by certified partners are eligible for grading and are backed by the Authenticity Guarantee – click here to learn more about the Certified Partners. An Authenticity Check is offered to our customers who own a personal diamond and would like to receive a confirmation from the lab that this is the genuine personalized diamond created by Heart In Diamond which possesses the unique characteristics as well as being backed by the guarantee..

CONSIDERATIONS WHEN SELECTING YOUR PERSONAL DIAMOND MANUFACTURER

We understand how difficult it is to select a reliable supplier for your unique and one-of-a kind product.

Here are some helpful tips to follow when selecting an authentic supplier:

Check if a potential manufacturer offers a detailed and authentic description of the creation process of the product on their website
See the Heart in Diamond creation process here.

Check if there is a video of the lab and the diamond incubators on the website.

If the answer is NO, then ask yourself – WHY?

Perhaps it’s because they just haven’t had the opportunity to create such images and videos.

Could it be that they don’t know the real creation process for diamonds?

Ask the manufacturer if you would be able to visit their lab?

If they decline then this could indicate that they don’t have their own premises.

Ask the manufacturer if they can offer you an authentication program to prove the origin of your diamond.

If they refuse then ask yourself what real knowledge does the supplier have about your product at all.
