Once you design your diamond, you will be able to add the following services to your order: jewelry setting, diamond engraving, setting engraving, or GIA Certificate. Your Order Total will be displayed once you complete your choices. Please click the “place order” button to start the process: our representative will get in touch with you shortly after and provide you with detailed instructions on further steps.
Once you place your order, the Heart In Diamond Order Kit will be automatically issued to your address.
Please print out and sign the Purchase Order Form included in your Order Kit, collect the carbon sample using the collection bag and the Heart In Diamond scoop. We would like to kindly remind you that we usually require our clients to send us ½ cup (2 grams) of hair or ⅔ cup (100 grams) of ashes regardless of the diamond size. If you are not sure whether you have the sufficient amount available, please let us know via email or phone. Please send the filled out Purchase Order Form together with the materials to the address mentioned in the Ordering Instructions (included in your Kit).
Once we receive your package, we will process your order and issue the individual Order ID which you can use to track your order status. To do so, please visit our Track your order page and insert your Order ID in the required field.
Once your diamond creation is completed, we will reach out to you to confirm your delivery address before shipping the diamond via one of our certified couriers. Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking details on your package.
